You’re projecting not “reading in between the lines”. I’ve talked to my husband many times. I’ve tried playfully convo, encouraging him, sex quizzes/games, and when all that didn’t work I had a more serious talk, but still careful with my words – direct but sensitive. He also isn’t great a penetrative sex or taking instructions, but I’m trying to just continue building his confidence in bed & reminding him to take his time/ not rush through it. Practice makes, perfect.
