I'm not in the states. Plan b doesn't work if you've already ovulated or are over a certain weight. Lots of people don't have access to it either. Abortion isn't legal or safe for everyone. Not everyone can access abortion pills. They may not have internet access or access to a confidential mailbox. They may not be comfortable taking drugs given by online strangers. The pill isn't always effective, especially after the first trimester. Then you either have to die of sepsis or haemorrhaging, or if you have access to a hospital, you can seek medical care, which could be legally or socially dangerous. Many women have partners, families or friends who will disown or even kill a woman if they suspect she's had an abortion.
