5. Your girlfriend has some things to figure out. Does she have vaginismus? Religious trauma? Does she want to have sex with anyone? Does she want to have sex with you? If she's actively working on those things, maybe there's hope in the near future. If she's not in therapy and going to a gyno for possible vaginismus (or at least actively trying to work on it on her own if she can't afford that), you aren't really helping her by staying. She isn't going to be able to work those things out with the current arrangement. She's going to feel pressure even if you aren't pressuring her intentionally. That's going to cause her to shut down even more. You can't turn off your sex drive and will eventually become resentful. Lack of chemistry is a perfectly fine reason to break up. You can still be friends, and maybe someday try again.
