2. Maybe I didn’t put it clear. I didn’t say it has anything to do with anyone. The point is I know I made a mistake and I am associating the strong guilt to sex now this is the trauma I am creating for myself. I didn’t blame anyone but myself for cheating that is why i am seeking for advice. Everyone has faults and I am just trying to move on and to become a better person without repeating the mistakes.
