Im no expert but in order for semen to get near the egg (which is in uterus) sperm needs to have quite some velocity (during ejaculation). There is also alot of real estate between outer vagina and uterus (id say around 10cm). Even if your outer vagina is smeared with sperm, it would take ALOT of time and luck for it to get to the egg.
