4. I used to get bumps and ingrowns all the time with shaving and waxing too, it wasn’t as severe as getting an abscess but I can empathise with your discomfort. The only thing that works for me is sugaring, and proper sugaring not used sugar paste as a wax. Sugaring where they use 2 fingers and go in the direction of each individual strand of hair.
