When you get a thought in your head about sex and then another thought intrudes saying you're awkward and not to tell your husband, repeat in your head that you're fine and he wouldn't be your husband if he didn't already think the world of you. Keep repeating every time it happens, also encourage yourself to do it even though you might not. Eventually the positive thoughts will kick in automatically when you think of the negative ones.
