2. You really don't have any clue what you're talking about. Men who are willing to engage in degrading or violent sexual behaviors will do so with partners whom the hold little respect or affection for. That's news to nobody and has nothing to do with the complex. You may label it as misogyny if you wish but many women, like OP, actively desire and seek out that type of sexual relationship. What the M/W complex describes is how many men struggle to engage in those types of behaviors, even if they're desired by their partner, as the develop strong feelings of affection and respect for their partner. Similarly, many men have difficulty maintaining those feelings of respect and affection while witnessing their partner being willingly subjected to degrading sexual behaviors. It's not misogyny but a hurdle of our evolutionary psychology that effects many long term couples and often requires sexual therapy to overcome.
