4. We have recently gone through this as well. I feel like there was some progress made, but after 10 visits, we cut it off because I felt it had plateaued. The elephant in the room is an avoidance disorder that she has developed since having her libido crash and developing anorgasmia due to some prescription drugs starting last June. Emily Nagosi would refer to the avoidance disorder as the brake pedal, while the libido and orgasm are the accelerator. And it’s painfully clear to me that the huge issue to be solved is the ever present super powerful brake pedal, rather than the much weekend accelerator.
