4. The stigma around herpes is worse than the actual disease. I know it seems bad but nowadays a lot of people are more educated about it. It'll still be a tough conversation with your partners but it's very treatable. I know it sucks and I'm so sorry that this happened to you, but go talk to your doctor and do research.
