I’ve been with my girlfriend a long time too. I felt the same way at times, it happens. I would say take the initiative to bring something new to the bedroom for her to try. I like to start foreplay at the beginning of the day, nice dinner date, flowers, maybe a winter activity etc. Maybe run her bath if you have your own spot or you live together, sensual massage, etc.

Planned parenthood isn't a thing in my country. If I'm going to any kind of specialist I'm going to have to pay out of pocket. Logistically I can't leave the house without knowing so this is a whole thing. I just want to know if its something to be concerned about or if its normal.
