3. I can't see how it's unhelpful? Its maybe a little harsh but they're only stating the obvious. Its not easy to admit when you get to a point that you need to help yourself sometimes (believe me I know) but once you've passed that point and realise ok I can do this or atleast try, once you achieve even a small bit of weight loss (or whatever you might be struggling with) the confidence you can gain is pretty amazing.

4. Sort of. It's a fact, though I think the best way I can phrase it is something like 'why didn't she wait till she found me', doesn't fully describe it but gives a flavour. Unfortunately it does tend to get real when you get naked for the first time but usually before you actually get down to it. Like I said, seven or eight seconds of insanity and then get on with your life. Clearly from this place there are an awful lot of folks who can't control this at all. I have sympathy but this is something that possibly needs therapy to deal with. This reddit generally goes with the man up or get ditched solution and gas little sympathy.
