6. I don’t think he’s “not at all attracted” to her healthier body, he is stating that he wants to find ways to deal with how he’s feeling to bring back the attraction he felt. He is acknowledging that this is a him issue. If he is wanting to find solutions here, I don’t think that he should tell her such an extreme and hurtful statement, it would do more harm than good and create even more intimacy issues. If I got into really good shape, and felt really confident about my new body and my man was just not happy with it, and not willing to try to reframe his attraction, I would see that as a lack of love issue, and probably consider not being in the relationship anymore.
