The doctor had NO IDEA of the real circumstances. How does he know that you're being honest? All he knows is that you are being tested often so he clearly assumed the worst and he acted accordingly. I did say that he was being judgemental. However, since you're still losing sleep and unhappy that people aren't calling for the doctor to lose their medical license, you should complain and report him if it would make you feel better.
