4. If I was your age again I would get baseline hormone levels now and compare them every year with new bloodwork. Keep them in check so they never get too low. We let ours get too low and it affected too much of our lives. I thought I had chronic fatigue syndrome. I thought my husband had early signs of dementia. Nope. All caused by low hormones. Don’t go as long as we did. You’ll be happier sooner.

8. Look into boric acid vaginal suppositories. I put one in the night after sex and it tips everything ph back into synch. You can’t receive oral sex for a day or so though. It’s toxic to ingest.
